Canada Super 60 has announced Connect Media Network (Connect FM 91.5) as the Official Radio Partner for its second season, bringing the tournament and Punjabi-language commentary to listeners across the region.
Season 2 will take place at BC Place in Vancouver from September 29 to October 4, 2026, featuring men's and women's competitions with players representing more than 20 countries.
As part of the partnership, Connect Media Network will provide coverage of the tournament, including Punjabi commentary, giving Punjabi-speaking cricket fans another way to follow the action beyond the stadium.
"Cricket has an incredible ability to bring communities together, and Punjabi-speaking fans are an important part of the sport's growing audience in Canada," said Nishant Jeet Arora, Head of Media and Digital at Canada Super 60. "Having Connect Media Network join us as our Official Radio Partner, along with Punjabi commentary, allows us to take the excitement of Canada Super 60 beyond BC Place."
Pervez Sandhu, News Director at Connect Media Network, said the partnership builds on the network's expanding sports coverage.
"We are excited to partner with Canada Super 60 and bring the energy of the tournament to our listeners, including through Punjabi commentary," Sandhu said. He noted that the network previously delivered Punjabi commentary for the Vancouver Bandits and became the first Punjabi voice for the Vancouver Whitecaps in MLS.
The six-day Canada Super 60 event will once again combine cricket, live entertainment and fan experiences under its "Cricket | Concert | Celebration" format.
The partnership is also expected to strengthen the tournament's connection with multicultural communities across the region, providing fans with another platform to follow the competition.
Season 2 will feature international stars alongside Canadian talent, with players representing more than 20 countries across the men's and women's competitions.
The tournament will also feature the Future Super Stars Program, Canada Super 60's grassroots initiative designed to give emerging Canadian cricketers exposure to a professional tournament environment alongside established international and Canadian players.
Canada Super 60 Season 2 will be held at BC Place from September 29 to October 4, 2026.
